Home Sweet Home on our 9th Month. I Love You.

May 25, 2011. Two important things happened on this day. It was our 9th monthsary and at the same time, my departure to the Philippines.

I was late to greet my babe hahaha. I am sorry. I was on the plane on our special day. Nevertheless, a late "happy monthsary" didnt change a thing. I love you more each day, more than the past days of our lives together. Happy 9th baby. I wish us more months and years until forever. I love you ♥

I arrived at 3.50 in the afternoon, Manila time, Thursday. Its already 4.10 in the morning of  Friday and im having my jet lag. LOL. I cant sleep. huhu. The wind is blowing hard outside, raining heavily and i cant really sleep. I hope after these 3 posts, i could sleep till morning.
I have no plans of going out today, i might stay home and sleep the whole day and start my busy days on Saturday. So goodluck to me and i hope everything goes well for me. Bye for now! :)

Philippine Assistance Group, Outreach Mission to Minamisanriku-cho in Miyagi-ken (May 22, 2011)

What could be worse when the world seems to fall apart, when all you had worked for seem to be washed away and wasted. Worst feelings could be felt after the tsunami and earthquake in Japan on March 11, 2011. Every people has been losing their hopes, their faith. Lucky are those who managed to survive and had stayed strong and until this day, still hoping and praying that everything could turn back on them, that all that they had lost could be regained. I wasn't among them, but as i saw the photos, it was tremendous, tragic, so touching that i could say i am lucky i was not one of them. It was heartbreaking to see their status right now. They need help, comfort and support, not just financially, but most of all, moral and spiritual support to help them stand and regain everything that they had.

What could be more comforting when you know other people are there to help, when you know there are still those kindhearted beings who could give such encouragement and furtherance, the blessing of aid and friendship.

That was what the Philippine Assistance Group or PAG did to our fellow Filipinos who were still on the evacuation centers. They were hopeless who need comfort. They were homeless who need shelter. They need foods, medicines, clothings and all the likes. They need other people's help. And PAG was there to rescue. On the moment of their frustration and depression, PAG was there to comfort.

As I saw the photos posted by my babe, i could see the unity of those fellow Filipinos who had shared their efforts and support for these evacuees. Joy, contentment, satisfaction, bliss, elation, hope. All these and more were the extreme result of their unity and oneness.

The contingent was composed of 44 leaders and members of FILCOM in Tokyo together with Consul-General Confiado of the Philippine Embassy, his wife, Madame Precy, Vice -Consul Ryan Pondoc and the OISCA International, a Japanese Non-Profit Organization.

As a result, the Outreach Mission to Minamisanriku-cho in Miyagi-ken was a success. One great job for one great organization. Congratulations Philippine Assistance Group, which at that moment was headed by the PML.

Some photos are as follows.

It has been a while since i last posted here. though there are some important activities that has happened, ive got no time to post those escapades.

It was May 5, 2011 when the PML had their Induction of the newly elected set of Officers 2011. The set of officers was composed of Mr. Alex Santos as their President, Mr. Peter Roland Solis as their Vice President and Mr. Boyet Dimayuga as their Secretary. I dont know the names of the rest of the group, nevertheless,

Congratulations to the newly inducted Officers of PML, Tokyo. Keep up the good work and the best of luck! You rock guys! Cheers! [xoxo mr. VP]

that was my compliment on my babe's facebook. They all had their fair shares on the organization and with their unity, i know the group will be a success and they will achieve a better performance to be of great help to the Filipino community in Japan. More power to you guys, best of luck in all your endeavors.

On this induction, Mr. VP had his closing remarks as follows:

To our Honorable Consul General, Mr Sulficio Confiado, to all the special guests and to everyone who are here with us tonight, a pleasant good evening to all of you.

In behalf of the Philippine Men's League in Tokyo, I would like to thank everyone for making this event possible and successful. To everyone who has been part of making our raffle bonanza successful, to all the sponsors who had lent their helping hands, to all the people who gave us the chance to prove our leadership, a big thank you to all of you.

It is a great honor and responsibility to be part of this organization. as we all know, the group has been on its peak of being in service to the filipino community in japan for the past years. And now we are starting another year with a new set of leaders and officers. As the new Vice President, i would like to tell everyone that we will do our best to continue the group's mission and responsibilty to be of great help to the Filipino Community here in Japan.

It was his first time in the crowd. ;) So conscious as he was delivering his speech. Amidst of it all, im still proud of you! Congratulations Mr. Peter Solis. Congratulations PML. More power!

Today is our Mothers' Special Day

Inay, Nanay, Mommy, Mama, Mudra, Mamma, Momsy, Mother, Mom... Whatever we call our mothers, there is only one thing that best describes them. They are SUPERB. The unconditional love they have been giving us from the first minute of our lives in this world is incomparable. It is from our birth that they continue to guide us, to care for us, to support us, to give us all the things we need. Even the toughest part of our lives have been shouldered by our moms, just to show their great love for us, their children.

Mothers are the best company we could ever ask for. They are our best friends, our confidants, our shock absorbers. They know everything about us. They are the saddest when we are sad, they cry first when we are hurt, they are the scariest when we are scared, they are the proudest people when we achieve best, and they are the happiest when we are contented. They cook the best foods, they do the best jobs, they buy us our best clothes, they sing us lullaby when we were still kids, they sent us to best schools, they were the happiest when we got our first jobs, they were the loneliest to be left alone with dad when we make our own families, yet they were a lot more joyous and proudest when they got their grandchildren. All these and more, our mothers absorb every feeling that we bear, thrice or even a lot more.

Now i could say, we are luckiest to have them, and we, their children, are the best treasure they could ever have in this life. Let us be thankful that God has provided us with the best moms, with unconditional love to offer us, with a never ending support to give us.

We (my babe and I) would like to thank you, Inay and Mommy, for the best things you have ever done for us, we owe you everything we have right now. Be known that we are the happiest and proudest children to have you in our lives. We wish both of you healthy and longer lives with us your children, and more blessings from our good Lord. We love you bigtime. Hugs and kisses.

And to all the moms in this world, we salute you. You are the greatest people in your children's lives. Happy Mother's Day to all of you. <3
this photo was taken one year ago when we were in the philippines, i had it edited on photoshop, printed and framed it for a gift for Inay, with a rose and orchids.  :D
