Lloyd and Eves (...and they live happily ever after...)

Its so good to see and watch the glamorous photos and videos of the wedding ceremonies of some dear friends. And as i browse over the wedding photo shoots and video of my beloved friend Eves and Lloyd, it really touches my heart.

30 January 2011, a day to mark the beginning of the married life of my dear friend Evelyn Manaig and his now lawful husband Lloyd Lacsamana. I cant say im a 100% witness to their love story because i havent met Lloyd upclose yet. Nevertheless, I and Eves never lost touch from each other even we're miles apart. We barely talk yet we see to it that every talk is worth remembering. :)

Who would have thought that these two people (not to mention that they were facially identical :D) would be meeting at some point in time in their lives? No one would ever thought since they were miles apart. One in Canada and the other in one of the Arabic countries. It was just an ordinary acquaintance. Both were balikbayans and had this meet up on one day of their vacation. And that same day marked the start of  an enchanted love at first sight. yiiiiiiiiiiiih. (kinikilig ako) hahaha. I can still remember Eves calling that week, "isang linggong pagibig" (woah). It was a week full of blissful memories for both of them. Everyday was a busy day full of gimiks with the company of their friends. Everyday was a day to remember, every moment was worth reminiscing. Until came the day that they have to separate again. They gotta get back to their own worlds. And yes, another long distance relationship. Time differences, job responsibilities, long distances, technological flaws. A bunch of sacrifices, to trust and to be trusted, to be honest, to be patient, to understand each other. All these and all contribute to the success of their relationship. I know how difficult it had been for both of them. But once and for all, what really matters is the LOVE that binds them through the distances. They had showed the world that LOVE defines everything. They still ended up together as one. That week of fate (isang linggong pag-ibig) was all worth it. Its all because those days were the start of their own fairy tale. Their own fairy tale that binds them, to raise a family of their own, to love and to cherish themselves all the days of their lives together, and to live happily ever after.

This marriage is another proof that LOVE really works. Wherever you are and whatever you do, love always wins, bringing you to a never ending happiness together. :)

To Eves and Lloyd, cheers to you guys. Congratulations and all the best wishes for many happy years together. :)
